Those blinking lights are orbs and they are either non-human or HActiveAuroralRP technology... orbs project holograms of airplanes and create ionized, 'airglow' whilte trails in teh sky. I know you all are not rocket scientists, but use your eyes! Those four lights are not a burning anything, they are distinct flashing light sources that are fixed to an object, as best I can tell. Why are so many still resisting any notion of ETs? We have been bombarded by the idea, in fact and fiction, so that even the simplest among us should at least be open instead of resistive. Maybe it is time to put religiosity back in the box if it keeps our heads in the sand.

HE then started the nuclear disarm project. But nuclear power stations were still active. So when chernobyl happened, it was taken as a warning but the beings took all the radiation away. Sure seems like at least three UFOs were tracking the launch. I suspect they were at a much lower altitude than the Proton rocket, but you'd need a video from another launch angle to verify that.

At 2:09 you can see 2 boosters being dropped from the main rocket, then almost as soon vanish in the darkness (where their uncontrolled wobble started them spinning as they decelerate). As it approaches 2:30 the rocket flame brightens significantly, and as it begins becoming white hot around 2:40, the light is becoming bright enough to illuminate the previously released boosters. The other booster was release in towards the viewer, so it was not visible until it was illuminated like the others.

@epockismet I ran out of space, the 4rth was on the opposite side of the rocket, making it less visible from the viewers angle, but they form a nice diamond at the angle. So this rocket had to have released 4 boosters at the same time at 2:09, one on the left and right, one in front, and one behind, from the viewers perspective.

if you watch and listen you will notice an electrical feed back or static spikes prior to seeing it blow. The blinking lights are for recovery efforts of different parts. Kinda like the blinkers on life vest. So the question remains was it delibrate or not and by whom? Not going to tell by this amount of info.

And they are in that formation because they were ejected in that formation and physics dictates that they will stay in that formation until one or all are acted upon by an outside force that is different than the forces acting upon all 4 equally.

@xXxDiukexXx re-paint. desert isn't the default camo. so in times when they are back here they tend to repaint them for forest warfare. NDAA is a shit order but it doesn't make sense to use it for policing america with US troops. there simply aren't enough armed service personel to do that on a wide scale, more so since we still have so many deployed.

The blinking lights are ultra-reflective pieces of metal shed during the booster rocket separation, they are spinning and as they spin they reflect light from the fuel dump/booster separation itself, they look like they are in formation and tracking the booster rocket because they came off of it and have the same momentum so travel with the rocket at the same speed as it falls.

I will see if I can find an exact explanation for the lights/debris (specific parts of the rocket they may or may not be) one way or the other and if I come up with something I will let you know...
