  • Hi hi! Have you tried anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy pretty much cured panick attacks with it.

  • Also, claiming that you can guarantee 100% result with this method is overtly false. Testing has yielded both positive and negative results and also revealed placebo-effects. Having said this, I do think your site provides some useful practical tips and I'll try to implement some. Thnx.

  • @pierrealechinsky Thanks for the kind words about my site. I'm not a scientist, but I simply know from experience that EFT works and it's also scientifically proven to work :-) They just haven't figured out the why. Whether it's real or pseudo science, I don't really care any more. All I care about is what works. I used to be very sceptic like yourself, until I tried it (out of share desperation) and had it work for me. EFT works for everyone with an energy system. And we all have one :-) HTH

  • For a rational observer it seems pretty clear that this temporary "anxiety-relief" results from shifting your focus from the negative emotions you're experiencing to something else. It's an elaborated version of "think of something else when you're in emtional distress" with a physical component. It may or may not be effective, but I don't really see the point of masking it with pseudo-science.in an attempt to make it more credible.

  • @pierrealechinsky I created this vid to get an experience of the power of EFT. It is not a distraction technique at all. To the contrary, with EFT you focus in on the problem you have, so you can release the energy imbalance. Try to change your thoughts when you are experiencing intense anxiety, that simply won't work. The anxiety relief is permanent if you clear the underlying CAUSES. This video helps you to feel better instantly, but it treats the SYMPTOMS so the results aren't permanent. HTH

  • @TheHoffmanHouse : If you're a freediver like I am, then yes! Just kidding here, in general it;s better to take deeper breaths from your lower abdomen in, filling your whole belly, then your chest. But this has more to do with breathing technique than EFT. For EFT it doesn't matter much, it doesn't make a difference in the results you get. For calming yourself down without EFT, then deep breathing starting from the lower abdomen is better than "chest breathing", absolutely. HTH :-)

  • @AFMTIP I'm no expert in BSFF (Be Set Free Fast) as I am not trained in this technique. I only know the theoretical basics of the technique.

    I have had it tried on me once without any noticable effect. But maybe with a more skilled practitioner there would've been some results.

    BSFF works solely with the subconscious mind, EFT/MTT also involves the body's energy system.

    For me and in my coaching I have found EFT/MTT to be so effective that all other techniques are now secondary...

  • Self assurance. A re-inforcement of that small voice in your head that no matter what happens you have a choice to be affected or not to. I hope the effects are lasting on me:)

  • @fredbloggs02 Fred, the results are lasting when you get to the core of the issue.

    Too small of a space here to get into detail on how to do that, but you can tap on a feeling and have some immediate results. However, if the underlying reasons (limiting beliefs) are still there the result could just be temporary,

    When you use MTT (Meredian Tapping Techniques -a collection name of all energy psychology tools of which EFT is the biggest) in the right way the results are permanent.

  • @LyricaVolcanica : It's similar in that one feauture of both is that they clear out singular traumatic events rapidly. This is what EMDR focuses on.

    EFT is basically energy psychotherapy. It combines elements of cognitive therapy,somatic intervention, and brief exposure therapy.

    It is much wider applicable, works faster than EMDR and is easier to do.

    It's scientifically proven it works -and you have now experienced it yourself-, but the exact reason as to why it works isn't 100% clear yet.

    There are a lot of therories as to why it works, too much to get into here. The most important thing is that it does work!

    Give it a try and experiment with it a little. In fact, this stuff is the real deal, it's extremely powerful.

    It's the most effective tool -also the most funky looking- I have found in years of searching for solutions to social anxiety.

  • Well, that's a bit challenging to answer here as I'm saying a variety of different affirmations. And I say each of them for a different reason.

    However, the easy answer is that yes, it helps to gear the unconscious mind towards the desired result/mental state/belief/behavior etc.

    i am a guy whose got everything.. got good friends, goodlooking etc,.. yet my head tells me otherwise when im out and i have to deal with this fucked up social anxiety.. ... i have found ways to deal with it, push through it and ive been using eft with success.... but i feel your site is going to be the key that gets me thru this for good.. unlocks my potential.. thank u again and nice site
