that was nice, I remember back when I was in taekwondo we sometimes did 2-1 and evne 3-1 sparring. that was really hard but I loved it!!!

I'm sure that she can kick ass; however, this doesn't look much like Krav Maga - just kickboxing. There seems to be no actual defense.

@PhillAlexandros Yep they totally forget to practice the defense part. Stomp the kicks, block with knee and arm, do a 1.5, 360, whatever...

@PhillAlexandros you cant spar with many krav maga techs so all contact sparring in any art wil look like kickboxing,mostly crap kickboxing .The idea of sparring in self protetion arts isnt sport,its to stay calm under pressure,develope timing and get used to being hit.
