I think Kim would win. Bloom is strong and all but Kim can fend for herself against magic, I mean, she fights Shego, the Go Team and many more magic characters and is able to win despite not having any magic powers of her own. Not to mention she has a rockin battle suit, and Bloom gets knocked out so easily. Kim would most definetly win.,
