She is a grown woman working as a professional high up in our government, she is equal to all the male employees. She should not be allowed to use "female emotions" as an excuse for any mistakes in the workplace. And you Gonzo should not be able to paint her as a helpless scared young damsel. Would you try this excuse if she were a man.
