One of my favorite lakers of all time! It's a shame he never won a championship. He sure is hell deserved a ring during his brilliant career.

Actually he might have gotten the ring, he played few games in the championship season before his retirement which made him at least eligible for a share.

When it comes to the ring, only he and certain people knows (such as his teammates and the Lakers front office). If only they have a list of all the players who got the ring, maybe the question would have been answered.

We'll never know for certain.

Does anyone happen to remember the All Star game where Baylor had a jump ball against Oscar Robertson. I was called away by my mother just before the jump and never found out who got the tip! I remember Elgin used to jump center at Seattle U. and seldom lost the tip, but Oscar was equally super and a bit taller (though Elgin's arms were long).
