The town isn't hit by a tornado, it's flooded by the Mississippi river. This movie is fucking crazy as hell. It is supposed to be about how people live after the flood with no clean water, roads flooded out, but i don't get why every character in the movie is a degenerate retard. If the director is from Xenia Ohio, then it's even sadder because he's portraying an actual depiction of what the people are like where he's from.
