  • I tell you the time to keep you going! So you don't give up! It is a challenging posture but my favourite of all. Sit back on your heels, spine vertical after the posture rather than collapse on the floor, and feel what is happening in your chest. You stimulate the thymus gland which is the will and the immune system... enjoy! xxx

  • for me the plank is hard at the beginning, i would prefer you would not tell us the time, it is always the longest 30 seconds of my life! , great class awesome teacher and the music! thank you SatNam allLove

  • You could achieve something similar just with your elbows on the floor instead of hands, or stand up and stretch up, leaning slightly back. It will not have the full effect but will have some.
