i dont think that they would have done it, without david belle, because david learned the "methode naturell" from his dad, he and his friends changed the methode naturell and brought it to the city, that means no david belle -> no yamakasi -> no parkour -> no freerun and so on^^

That wall is called Dame Du Lac and yes it is at Lisses. You can still get kicked out for doing Parkour. Basically anything that other people deem hazardous to your health and might cause you to sue will get you kicked out.
