Was that caught on the Mekong River?....My Father grew up around the Mekong and he often talked about his fishing adventures there. Didn't know you could catch catfish that big there.
No that was at a lake in Bangkok foomlauj12, a very big lake of about 20 acres with even bigger fish! Including Siamese Carp and Amazonian Arapaima. I've heard some rather promising stories about the fish in the Mekong River and would love to fish it one day. Your father must've had a few good ones eh?

Those fish fight hard ? it seemed to give you the runaround looked a good fight i wasnt expecting the fish to be of that size was it around 30-40 lb ?
IS the area deep as half the fight wiht cats is getting there head up.

Plenty of that river to fish although the numbers are apparently dwindling. See some people fishing the Chiang Mai area with good results.
