If you mean virtual pc - I don't know of any reason why it would be a problem. I have used Virtual Box (to test betas) , but why not try Wubi (just highlight this word if you are using Chrome or IE8 & right click to search for it) instead. Please remember when uninstalling Wubi (if is not to your tease) to so properly otherwise you will end up with an unwanted menu before you are able to logon to Windows.
