In the book, Obi-Wan leaves Anakin to the will of the force, as he didn't have the heart to kill him, remember he tells him he loved him like a brother. Also if he had killed him, Anakin wouldn't have brought balance to the force in ROTJ

No really, Luke grew up without knowing who his parents were then found his uncle and aunt's burnt corpses then lost his mentor then found out his dad was a darth Vader then shortly after he was redeemed lost him, so not too easy a life really...and all without giving in to the dark side.

I'm glad you put this back up. I had it saved before--it's one of my favorite videos. I love the parallels you draw between Anakin and Luke, and just the prequels and the sequels in general. That clip of Luke and Anakin's faces in the two suns is an especially beautiful shot; I think you should have saved it for a longer moment in the song to draw it out a little more.
