I liked this, but it's definitely wayyyyyy more about the cast saying goodbye to Steve, rather than the office saying goodbye to Michael. I mean, you've got Angela, Oscar, Stanley, and Ryan all chill and smiley and singing for Michael Scott? It's a little strange, you can just tell it's the actors, not the characters. Which is fine, but the goodbyes on the actual Goodbye Michael episode were a lot more fitting.

I thought this was a really great scene but Deangelo shouldn't have been singing anything since he only knew Michael for such a short amount of time. Andy could've been pulled that part off no problem. Just a tiny rant but poor writing on their part. Regardless, I loved that they sang Michael the song.

I think this will be the show's last season. Even if Michael's not your favorite character, he MADE the show. He put every other character in their situations and ran everything that happened. NO ONE can replace Michael Scott, which is sad. Steve, PLEASE COME BACK!

I've been so effing emotional since I saw this episode. I just finished the 7th season yesterday. The Office won't last long without Steve Carell. I hope, for it's own sake that NBC will understand that the 8th season should be a wrap and try to end the show with dignity.
