India and Philippines, for example, are countries which do not really speak english as their first language but they still answer in english in the pageant.

I think when you have an interpreter, you can answer directly the question without worrying that much coz there's interpreter can translate it in a way that it would better..unlike other countries which are trying to answer the question in english and try to extend their answer in the world in their own.
