The actor doesn't look like MJ and the makeup artist did not do a good job but Flex Alexander is actually a very handsome man. I've seen pictures of him on the internet.
I watched this last night on tv and the biggest thing about this movie that I hated was that Michael had a greenish complexion in his makeup as the movie went along. He looked like a zombie sometimes. Must have been a low budget film to not get a good makeup artist.
This film is pure garbage. The Jackson character is a caricature, merely informed by tabloid nonsense. Flex is terrible, Jackson didn't speak like that back in the Thriller days. And the researchers should be shot, for something that's supposed to be set in the 1980s whats a 2003 Anniversary Harley Davidson doing there? Not to mention the people around Michael. Just utter turd...
the plot of the movie is very good and realistic, but the characters were not like themselves in real life at all. if the character playing mikel jackon was actually good at being like the real mikel, i think it would be a very good movie.

I C no story here. Only moments of MJs life. Script = crap. So the acting seems like crap. Flex = actually not a bad MJ. His vocal mannerisms are just like MJ...But writing is bad - no point. ex: Denzel looks NOTHING like Malcolm X, but hes supported by strong writing and a great powerful, clear story arc and takes his great acting to immortal heights. Flex is no Denzel, but better writing would help him capture MJ fully. It's all about the page, then the stage will take care of itself

I watched this hoping to see somthing like a tribute and instead I got something that made me want to throw up. This is terrible and Imo doesn't depict Michaels life or music in a realistic sense.

I'd be happy if they let effing Dakota Fanning play Michael. This low quality piece of junk was just tossed together. There is nothing sincere or mildly realistic about this movie. I'm just wondering want loophole did they catch Michael in to let him okay this movie!

I C no story here. Only moments of MJs life. Script = crap. So the acting seems like crap. Flex = actually not a bad MJ. His vocal mannerisms are just like MJ...But writing is bad - no point. ex: Denzel looks NOTHING like Malcolm X, but hes supported by strong writing and a great powerful, clear story arc and takes his great acting to immortal heights. Flex is no Denzel, but better writing would help him capture MJ fully. It's all about the page, then the stage will take care of itself

This movie SUCKS, there were TONS of overlooked facts that this movie lied about (like in real life MJ HATED James DeBargge and wanted nothing to do with him, and convinced Janet to leave him, along with the rest of the family) God I hope they do the next movie right, this is an embarrassment
