I used to live in the city of Detroit and with the bad reputation Detroit has, their police are infinitely more professional and psychologically healthy than the shit that the city of Minneapolis accepts into their force.
I know professionals within the dept and they have stated they've seen shit they've never seen in any other department. Psychological disorders are commonplace in the force.

Limit the scope and authority of the Government by dropping politicians, shrinking budgets for public lawmakers and ending special interest lobbying from Police unions then you'll have less cases like these that reflect tyranny.
