I don't know Japanese very well but I'm pretty sure (from reading the comments and blurb) that this video was taken at a veterinarian's office and they are concerned because the bird has been incubating for too long. They poster is also concerned that she will eventually tire herself out because she is a single mother. Something like that.

シングルマザーなのですが、獣医師の指導の下、したいようにさせ­ました。４週間近く抱卵した後、ある日突然自ら抱卵するのを止め­ました。

抱卵もすごく体力を使うだろうから無精卵だと分かってるなら、早­めに卵を取り上げてしまう方がいいかもしれませんよ。４週間はい­くらなんでも長すぎます。

うちは生み終えて一週間以上暖めるようならば取り上げました。(­この間２羽のヒナが孵り育ちました)

卵を産むこと自体体力をすごく使い、寿命を縮めますからね。
