  • I drove this car for a presentation for BMW NL the last two days! I LOVE IT! Its a real BMW.. for 100%. Handling is super.., looks also.. It brakes fenomenal when you lift the gaspedal.. Its even fast to! Never thought i would love it because it has no normal engine, but now i don't mind anymore. I want one!

  • So ein scheißdreck diese beschissenen E-Karren. Wo kommt denn der ach so tolle Strom her? Fuck off Elektro Autos.

  • imagine you are accelerating hard with no sound of enigne. Mecedez have recently introduced their 550bhp fully electric sls amg.

if you think in a way, these are (and many other) the companies who are really shaping the future.

  • unt bmw est dien nichest automobile ind dus vuld. eis lovven dem bmws. dey est fasten unt lookenshe vary niche. SEE ANYONE CAN SPEAK GERMAN!!

  • @mowtin

    das war sarkasmus richtig?

  • i will only buy a petrol

  • @TheVasquez112 thats an oxymoron moron

  • beemers are for fags

  • where is the charging station , I can say something , Electric cars are not ready yet to hit the market , the technology is there but the stations , people adoptions to these types of cars needs lots of time ... for example , if one electric car help me to pass a 200 km daily from my work to home i will buy one . because i have FJ cruiser and the tank can take me only 430 km :( every 2 day i have to refuel...

  • @lambooo it sounds to me that you don't need an electric car,but a normal european car rather than that fj cruiser(which i have to admit looks pretty interesting and funky)but is just a stupid car intended for the american market. i mean who really needs a 4.0 liter v6 gas guzzler as a commuter car. my car has triple the range of the fj cruiser on the same tank of gas and it's not even considered a very fuel efficient car by modern european standards.

  • I have an 8 Cylender BMW...and ill never ever buy an electric car

even if 1 litre of petrol will be more expensive than 1 kilogram of Gold. i will still youse my V8.. infact, ive decide to buy a V12 .

    Electri engine? thats for faggots

  • @Tehr0oni use **

  • Electric cars still harm the environment, your still burning fossil fuels to create the energy. Just a sales tactic.

  • recharge utility everyday...

  • Charging the batterys takes to much time..

it must be faster to charge, best way were charging during drive like Trams with cable connection.

  • I Love Bmw. I have a BMW car. But in terms of electric cars, Tesla is light years ahead

  • I saw a modified rolls royce being charged via conduction. I believe that's the better route for the shopping mall scenario.

  • I think this is a great vehicle for short everyday drives. I wouldn't mind owning one...

  • Will they do a M version?

  • @XscXps3 yeah, then you can drive 10 miles and have to recharge the battery afterwards for 10 hours :D good idea!

  • i hate it :( gasoline and diesel ftw

  • As an engineer, this would be something i would love to be involved in the future.

  • i am from germany as well, but his english is soo bad!

  • @susukek Kein Wunder^^ Der Mann ist ja auch Deutscher und sein Akzent macht sein Englisch zu NICHTE^^

  • I pray to God that combustion engines never die completely....

  • @PhotoshopSimplified They will....

  • @PhotoshopSimplified But they will... except if the progress with synthetic crude oil continues...

  • @Tovkal What do you mean? There are already fully synthetic oils and synthetic fuel made from coal has been around for damn near a hundred years. Economics. Crude oil is still too cheap. Once the supply becomes low enough and the demand is high enough other sources of fuel will be more economically viable.

  • @PhotoshopSimplified I fear that day, but dream of a alternative fuel source or a more efficient combustion engine...

  • @luedriver There are already plenty of alternative energy sources. They are just not economically viable at this time due to the still relatively cheap price of oil.

  • @NRPBrute my point exactly, but I imagine that some day they will perfect the combustion engine so that it will be 100% efficient, but till then I guess we'll have to keep dreaming...

  • @luedriver I promise you there will never be a combustion engine that will be 100% efficient.

  • @wesleyvb99 I take that promise and raise you a "too efing expensive for mass production to build" plausibility....

  • @PhotoshopSimplified: there will always be "oldtimer" cars with combustion engines :) ...and probably many with natural gas in the future instead of petrol

  • @PhotoshopSimplified Why? Electric engines have many benefits over combustion engines.

  • @wesleyvb99 I understand that. However, combustion engines have a pedigree that you have to respect. I'm fairly sure that someday, another type of power will replace combustion and it will eventually develop a pedigree for itself, but until then it's hard to think about. I guess you could say it has a degree of sentimental value.

  • @PhotoshopSimplified

God has nothing to do with it. Not even a bit.

  • @PhotoshopSimplified I will be sad because we wont be able to hear the great sound a engine makes
