What is "Pro"? I've gotten gigs sometimes due to a combination of skills on bass and business. Then again sometimes I sit home jobless trying to hone my craft, getting nowhere. Where do U draw the line as to when someone is not supposed to use youtube? There R players all over this site that can feed me my own ass! i might be able to answer one of your questions, about the bass. its of course a jazz bass but im not sure if thats a fender, it could be but it could be a lakland or a sadowsky aswell. i think he also has a j-retro preamp too or a j bass preamp of some kind
