nah, great stories must come to an end. How many different stories/series have we seen destroyed by greed? MGS will forever be the best story in video game history. The complexity of the story and the sheer amount of fans it has is credit to that. One would have to buy and play almost all of the games to understand wtf is going on, and many have gone and done that, because like so few video games, MGS has a story worth following. MGS stands up well against many other mediums aswell.

you my friend are so right. I have played though 1,2,and 3 and now I wish to play 4 to see this story end and feel the happiness of finally killing liquid snake. In twenty years people will still know the name Solid Snake. I steak my life on it.
