  • for you idiots not paying attention, the speckled fish WAS a bullhead

  • @samsoninthepit is this really a brown bullhead?

  • hmm its maybe a paroon shark or a fish of the same family

  • I have a few questions

    1)what do you feed them

2)how do you get them to come out in the light

3)if more than one how do you stop bullying int the tank

  • actually I've always liked fishtanks better when they have local river fish in it like that, having somehting like a bullhead or channel catfish, sucker, bluegill, etc.... is actually cool to look at, a friend of mine did that when he caught some small ones fishing. If you can catch some little ones they are pretty cool to watch grow up in the tank like that.

  • what do you feed it?

  • the black one looks like a bala shark o-o

  • i caught one of these in a slough, they have a spike and it pricked me >=(

  • I hope your ready to buy a 300 gallon tank. Your going to need it to house the first fish

  • thats not a brown bullhead

  • thats an impressive specimen, looks like the southern subspecies.

  • thats a spotted cat

  • that second one was

  • your right, the second one definatly is a brown bullhead.

  • it's some species of catfish, not a bullhead--the forked tail is the giveaway.

  • This isn't a brown bullhead

  • Lol, my uncle has stepped on a bullhead twice now. The thing wipped around and stuck him with the spine behind their fin, he got a nasty infection from it. I hate it when i get these in with my minnows.
