I don't know who's saying that. I read the first two or three, and it was painful. The original New Mutants lineup is back together, and I'm fine with that... but consider all they've been through. They should be intelligent, perhaps not a fine-tuned unit yet (as they've been apart), but certainly not naive. Unfortunately they're being written as a team as young as they were in the 80's, and I don't feel that that's acceptable.
I've read some of them but I don't think their being written as naive (maybe Cannonball since he was originally the fish out of water character from the 80's). I don't think Zeb Wells ever intended them to regress as the New Mutants since their now an X-men team and as he said from the interviews, he wants them to matter and evolve. As comic book readers, we just interpret things differently.
He starts a BA strike force and it looks like he is going to have to deal with his son which I'd assume would deal with secret warriors and you'd be all over.
I just picked up X necrosha and have yet to read it. Now I think I may never open the pages. Shame to. Also, I think X-force is meandering around a bit. I hope it picks up soon.
totally in agreement with you about Days Missing...did you know it's a concept from the Roddenberry Co.? Sounds alot like the Gary Seven character from Star Trek...cool
New Mutants isn't doing good? I heard people saying some good things about it.

exactly why people shouldn't buy any books with "x" in the title (except maybe Jason Aaron's Weapon X).

are you mowing on Big League Chew? Is it grape? Are you gutting it?
Even sucky comics need a home :P
I noticed this week with all the reviews... I'm just not into Marvel at all since.. about the time Blackest Night started.
I'm a DC.

Sorry, I had a cough drop to make sure I didn't explode in a bout of the hacking crud while talking fast about comics. :)
