I'll tell u how. make sure ur not the host and that when the c&rs is started u r using a toy car. just start a C&rs then go to the closest car park to this location, jump to the last unfinished building, slowly jump off whilst cancelling c&rs, then drive to the far top left of the lot. put ur front bumper on the bottom left pole of the power line then hold the e-brake. after u wreck. then it will pop u up on top of the powerline. if u r lost add me on Psn: Burnoutdude21
