  • i have a question.....do u ever get sew-ins?

  • You are sexy with your natural self. A lil hood, nice smile and teeth...and you are a dark skinned sistah. Beautiful queen! Keep doing your thing!

  • r u still natural and using the same products?

  • Has your hair ever been relaxedd...? If it hasn't , is it too late for a person who've been getting a relaxer for the past 12 years to let their hair go natural

  • @SwaggQueen100 no hunni its never to late, your regrowth doesn't grow out stight in a perm its natural just let tht grow and don't perm it and avoid strighting

  • @SwaggQueen100

It's never too late to go natural , i'm sure that over 90% of natural women were relaxed for a LONGG time also, and if you want to go natural, you're free to do so ! I am doing the same .

  • wow.i love it.

  • Would you be able to show us a picture with the shorter marly braid? Thanks!

  • Good Lord! you have a lot of hair...God has truely blessed your head of locks

  • My blog readers have been asking me about hair and exercise. I can't find where you directly talk about that but I do know that you work out often so I am going to post this video to my blog. It will still link back to you but I just think they would be interested because they are looking for answers and a SEXY hairstyle they can workout in and have a night with the bf with also.

  • i love your hair and i was wondering if i can have someone do this for me?

  • "I ain't tryin'na be the girl that coulda been cute wit a hairline back to here!" OMG I laughed for 5 min straight when she said that! Funny but definitely true!

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO

  • Your twist are very beautiful. And self-twist? Very impressive! How long did it take to braid your entire head. I think my arms would ache for two months afterward!

  • How long should yu keep these in? Or how long do yu keep them in?

  • You are soooo beautiful & your hair is gorgeous.!

  • I saw this video back when I was still relaxed apparently. Girl I been looking all over for you. I couldn't remember who you were or nothing. So glad I found it. It looked so pretty. I am all natural now with my own channel. I'm gonna bite and hope it comes out as cute. Lol.

  • @lilchez1 Im checking out your channel next, can you check mine out? :)

  • @Chinaboo94 Sure Baby Cakes. Enjoy. I checked you out and left you a message on your channel page.

  • @lilchez1 thank you for checking it out, I didnt see your message on my channel though, but thanks anyways! :)

  • Hey! Question...im all the way natural but in the font part of my head the ends dont curl with its in its wet state like the rest of my hair does when im finishing a twist...what do you reccomend i do to the ends that wont curl

  • Hello Nina! I did a video response to your braided twist...please check it out. I think I tagged you on it, but I'm kind of new at all the fancy features of youtube. Anyway, please check out the video and tell me what you think...Thanks for your time!!

  • How many bags did you use?

  • Thanks to this video, I did my first set of kinky twists myself! I've always wanted to learn how to braid, but didn't think I could. They came out pretty good for a newbie. Thanks so much!

  • The Whole Time I listened to your presentation I was trying to pick up where your accent was from and when you said St. Louis I was ALL smiles:') LOL! That's me all the way! I was saying to myself this girl kinda sounds like me Ha! Ha! You definetly are an inspriation to me taking that step to natural and Thanks Alot for sharing.

  • your hair is cute! love your channel,...wish you could do my hair

  • How many packs of Marley braid do you use.. on average?

  • hey--real pretty--can you do this on relaxed/transitioning hair?

  • I have tried and tried this....to no success, awful! My braids look sooooo raggedy! Yours look awesome! I guess I will keep trying.

  • St. Louis!!!! Get it Girl

  • love the videos! i knew u was from the lou..when i heard that accent. was thinkin..she sound like me..lol

  • what is the hot water used for?

  • @sheenagail83 After she wraps the hair around that roller, she dips it in a cup of hot (very hot) water for a few seconds. After the hair is taken out of the water and the roller is removed, the hair will be tightly curled.

  • @sheenagail83 It sets the curl. On hair extension packs they recommend doing it if you want to curl the hair extension.

  • Hi Nina, nice video. I was wondering what your braid regimen is? How do you take care of your hair and braids when you have them done.

    Thanks

  • or your scalp rather?

  • Hey Lady :) , how do you clean your braids?

  • Nice video! I agree with you completely because I also braid my own hair. I don't like tight braids or micro braids and i'm very particular about how I want my hair to look. Go head girl and do your thing!

  • i did not watch this whole video because i am a man and i don't have any interests. but i have to ask. are you from the chi?

  • you are funny

  • Thanks a lot for all your advice and motivational speeches you are da bombe !! I did my BC 2 months ago and am growing my hair with self made braids. I was wondering, how do you maintain the braids, do you have particular products. And also, how so you keep them clean ? keep bringing in the great videos ! ;)

  • OMG i love it...I dont want to be the cute girl with her hairline back to here! LMBO!!!

  • YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL

  • that is such a cute hairstyle... i braided my hair once and booooy it took me like 3 days.... ugh... maybe i'll try it again :) lol

  • This is either really easy to do, or you're so good at it you make it look easy. : ) It seems you just lapped the synthetic hair over and used your hair was the third peice and started to braid to anchor the twist. Is that correct? I;ve always thought there was some special technique at the root you have to do to make it secure near the scalp, so they won't easily slip out.

  • youa re very pretty!

  • shit, u'r too funny!

  • Luv ya attitude. Looking good. so where can I get that bally online?

  • u pretty as ever yo

  • LOL you are too funny!

  • you are stunning, such an inspiration

  • very cute

  • I LOOOVE this look!!! I really wanna try it..how long does it take you to do your head?? i know mine wont be the same since im still in transition but just a ball park so i know how much time to give myself...Love ur videos ;-)

  • Great style! Is this good for transitioning hair too?

  • How do you care for your hair when it is is the kinky twists? i'm thinking about doing my hair into kinky twits soon and i want to make sure i know how to keep my scalp clean and everything while they are in so that i will not do more harm to my hair than good because i plan to keep them in for about 2 months when i do them. Thanks!

  • .ROFLMAO....@ 4:15. Love it you got my subscription. looks cute, I've had this style before..tempting me to do it again

  • LML girl you madd funny ! buhtt i love thiss

  • I am wit you on not letin people be all up in my hair!! I would rather stay up all nite to take care of my hair then pay to go to a shop and they fry my hair with heat.

The same things that you do with the hot water on your braids you can do sumthin like that with your oil mix and make a hot oil treatment jus heat the oil & wrap N a hot wet towl!

  • how long do your curls hold for?

  • omg i was just on here looking for other people that are natural and good tips... but im from STL too so this is a pleasure... let me kno if there are wayz i can support wat you do...

  • "if u don't like it, you don't have to look at it" lol girl u trip me out.

  • real talk bout hair

  • what hair do you use?

  • You look like Michael Jackson from the Wiz

  • I like your approach to doing your tutorial! You a take charge teacher LOL! Thank you

  • Sooooo pretty!!!!!

  • How long does it take you to finish?? I work 12 hr days, go to school, very involved spiritually, have a dog, n would like to start working out again. So I don't have much time n I really wanna try this b/c I tired of doing my hair, want it to grow and everytime someone else does my hair they pull it out. And my edges have always been thin (AND I HATE IT) So I'm scared that I might pull more out. AND my regular twist don't last but two days so I'm scared it won't be neat enough. PLEEZ HELP

  • That's cute!

  • ...your hair is so beautiful....thanx 4 the advice

  • Very pretty!! How many packs do you usually have to buy when you do this style?

  • Comment removed

  • Beautiful! right now i have yarn braids in my hair which i love! Maybe i will try those next time, does that hair makes the scalp itch and do you wash them as well? Im like you , i have been doing my hair since i was in my 20's, i dont like people touching my hair, i even started my own locs and choped them off after 5 years, i just thank God for the gift he has giving me to do my own hair, talking about saving money? lol!!

  • I'm sorry, I'm slow. what is a b.c?

  • @Superstar1Britt , BC stands for big chop, its when you cut/remove the relaxed hair from your natural hair. There are many videos on here that show others doing their big chop : )

  • @Katukunyi Check out my natural hair video

  • Hey BeautifulBrwnBabyDol!!! I just have a quick question about your braid (that look great by the way) cause I've done these braids in my hair for years and I've a hard time keeping my moist while braided, so I would like to know how you keep your hair moist while its braided???

  • Thanks for the heads up. I like your hair alot. Did not know you can do it that way with hair. I use to just twisted my hair. But me and hubby did not see eye to eye about natural hair.
