is it normal to have scary or somewhat violant thoughts? not that i would ever do something violent...but i don't want the thoughts there anymore....its bringing me down
@BlinkinFirefly thoughts are another form of energy and can reflect our inner experience or some hidden emotions. It is great that you are aware of the thoughts and not run by them. The more you are able to cleanse your energy and honor your feelings the less that these thoughts will appear. Love to you! Keep up the great work and asking questions.

@TheBroskiTV there is a misconception that by honoring our feelings we are going to make them bigger. This is not usually true, it is when we ignore our feelings that they continue to fester and become more damaging. This exercise is working specifically on an energetic level and not so much the rational mind. In either realm, honoring ourselves and our feelings is always more healthy and leads to greater healing than pushing them away. I hope that helps, if not, let me know! <3
Hey this worked for me! I just feel relaxed now. Just curious... after you're done with the exercise is it normal to feel like less pressure in the coronal area of your head? I guess I didn't feel tension there until I got some relief. hmmm...
hello! i just tried this now just like what you said but, i am not sure if it was working for me. but i will try this everytime i think a negative thoughts. i really want this to work for me because i am tired and hurting everytime i'm thinking every negative thought. i don't know why i just can't stop thinking and it bothered me so much! :( i just got married again with my ex husband and now that were back my jealousy is getting worst! can't stop thinking any negative thought! please help!
@55therealme Hello dear, I am so sorry for the late reply. I encourage you to accept your feelings just as they are. The word "jealous" is a negative and mean word used to describe inner trauma. If you are feeling insecure that is normal and you may have good reasons for feeling that way. The more you can accept your own insecurity the easier it will be to talk about it without acting it out and to create constructive solutions for it. It is okay to feel afraid sometimes. Love 2 U!
Thank you! To my surprise, this worked just as you said - I had a giggle in my head and a big smile on my face when I allowed the negative thought back into my head at the end of the exercise. The negative thought felt pretty silly and insubstantial at that stage, and I could dismiss it as easily as blowing a bubble into the sky. Light and love to you. X

Well i think its better to accept negative thought, recognize as thought, this how you will not identificate yourself whith that , and watch . Becuas if you will fight whith it , it will grow, and whith yoru excersize , you fight thought, when its allways about acceprtance:)

Recent studies show that positive emotion/thought such as love, joy, greatfulness and etc. effects human DNA by making the strands longer and more perceptive (meaning uncoding the hidden talents such as ESP, precognition, clairvoyance and others), when negative emotion such as fear, anger, despair and etc. makes DNA shrink, therefore limiting human perception a great deal. One has to establish an ongoing positive thought in order for these change to occur.
This really worked. I just broke up with my boyfriend after a fight, it's been a week now and i still feel very sad. I'd say I went from a 9 down to a 5, i'm sure for smaller anxieties it might work even better. I did cry while i was doing it but i just as easily stopped crying when i took my breath. I tried it a second time and the feelings were not nearly as intense. :)
@owkun99 i think yoga would be a good idea for you. if you are in a lot of pain you might want to look for a "healing" or maybe a seniors class, but definitely beginner. you will gain flexibility and strength from practicing yoga.
@Meliasaurus, i understand but I only two have two fears left to get rid of, kissing and throwing a punch to someones face which i think a class is unneccesary. BTW, i cant stretch my leg like the orginal yoga way or the indian leg cross or what ever the baloney they call it. And thanks for givin me advice anyway.

This statement acknowledges your separation from the thoughts themselves and will lend towards you overcoming the vibration that they are bringing in. Making the thoughts go away will not be possible without healing the mind, what does that statement mean to you?

A lot of practitioners will just block it out and pretend its over or dealt with. anyone who is at their center will know that even the negative must be faced, the negative invites great change, and also deconstruction (not DESTRUCTION) im liking your videos,

I suppose You stopped thinking about this half the way. I find it that you identify your negative thoght with the pressure you exercise. And in the moment you relieve the pressure, you as well relieve your negative thought(s). That's what it sounds to me. And: I agree that anybody has to go THROUGH in this case negative emotions/feelings/thoughts.
i dont know anything about how this works, but from what ive seen, the relaxation is the most important part. You build up all of your negativity towards this thought, and replace it with relaxation and happiness directly after. Perhaps, your focusing on the negativity, but not truly relaxing after. Therefore your maintaining that energy without the removal which is the whole point of this excercise- which just makes it worst. practice relaxation and meditating and then try it again.

you can see in the begining to make concentration by focusing on the negative feeling.Concentration is the main key and disolve it by a command .. but with Yoga, most ppl are satisfied since they cant just afford the pure science so they need help of an art (art-form)!
With the prespective Yoga its ok and some ppl do in the end while exhaling ;exhale the negative thoughts! however,these are all mind over body/matter.not the procedure of what you doing it.You are commanding to your mind but the technique is hidden within procedures!
