well my idea was to get Foreign/Immigrants in the suburbs
Like Mexicans,Cambodians,East Indians, problem with that is
it takes away from white people , the other races and old people
that tried to escape the violent city life.

East Charlotte was a beautiful suburban type area. But then in the 90s, white folks moved out and this whole side of town went to hell.
