  • why is it that all the craziest stuff set in a real-world universe happens in New York or Tokyo?

  • @RookFrjosa well in the series demons are created through human thoughts and emotions(magnetite and magatsuhi), that's why every single myth is true because people believe in them and tokyo is the most populated place on earth so the reality there is kinda screwed or it's just because the developers are japanese

  • No battle theme? Lame.

  • @FlameAdder

You can download the Music file from zophar.

  • Or not, since I already have the soundtrack. Thanks for the useless tip.

  • very impressive for nes.

  • Did Atlus used additional Mapper for the sound?

  • Huh, where did you get a translated rom of it? o.o

  • @Busterdrag I got the translation patch for both SMTs at Aeon Genesis Translations' site.

  • @Busterdrag Oh wait, this isn't the same SMT2 they have. Oops.

The video description says ddstranslation if that helps.

  • Where did you get a translation D:???

  • I really wish Atlus would remake this game and release it for the DS or PSP. There's a cult following for the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series here in the US and they must know that since they're remaking the original Persona (or is it just a port?) Either way, I want a remake, dammit!

  • Remake for DS

    "真・女神転生 STRANGE JOURNEY"

    released in JP.

  • I'd heard that game was released, but I didn't realize it was a remake of this game. Excellent!

  • I believe that's just a new entry into the series, not a remake. Looks interesting either way, though.

  • I love the way you provide so much information for these games and their composers. I am offering these soundtracks in their entirety for $5 right now. I run a distribution company and we are putting this and others on itunes soon.

  • へえ、旧約・女神転生って海外版あったんだ

    でも音楽はファミコンですね

    まあ、そのほうがうれしいですがw

  • wasnt it the same composer who did Rockin Kats for the nes.does anybody know?????

  • This shows the SNES version but the music is actualy from the original NES version of the game.

  • insane music for a ness, that system had surprising good music better then the tg graphix at times i prefer it more.

  • I don't remember the anme of the composer but it's definitely on MegaTen Wiki.

  • how's this game in english?! i didn't know there's a patch out for it!

  • From what I recall, it's still a work in progress. Check out the source YouTube account for more info.

  • i did shortly after i made the comment.
