@SWApilot94 That's the commercial for the 300's equipped with the 3.6L Pentastar V6. They come with an 8 speed transmission so that's the shifter you saw. This 300C with the HEMI V8 has the 5 speed that's designed to handle the higher power and torque output.

@BigBlockMoparMan Ford can get 444 horsepower from a 5.0 liter. 444hp/5L = 88.8 hp/liter 490/6.4 = 76.5 hp/liter (and if you look at Audi, the RS5 has 444 horsepower too but from a 4.2 liter engine). Chrysler keeps going bigger but has yet to make really efficient engines and has had the gearing ratios in auto transmissions wrong pretty much forever.

@Nebraskahusker23 Again the hate. Why not compare apples to apples? The Hemi is a simple, reliable, relatively light, inexpensive pushrod 2 valve. Chrysler does make fancy overhead cam multi valves like the pentastar v-6 which makes something like 84hp/liter for you tech heads and its not even labeled as a "performance" engine really and My SRT-4 had 312 hp and 2.4 liters as only a stage 2 (mopar engineered) that was 130hp/liter, so they know how to do it if they want to.

American cars need to start making their automatic sticks look more attractive like the Europeans. I hate that weird chrome stick coming out the bottom of the knob. It leads into a less than quality looking center console. I speak strictly of the wooden area the automatic stands on. I'm not picking on the 300c, this looks damn fine. I'm just talking about American cars in general. I think Ford has done it correctly, wrapping the whole automatic stick (is there a proper name?) in leather.

i first saw this at a local auto show. VERY impressed. as i looked over the car, and other chrysler/dodge offerinings, i noticed a lot of pieces broken on purpose. torn out trim, broken interior door handle, scrached paint and so on. it seems there are a lot of fans of other brands that are very upset with these new offerings. there just seems to be a lot of undue hatred towards these cars.

Some people baby them but fans of other brands really bash these cars for whatever reason and some have never even owned one. I for one am big fan of Chrysler since we've had several of them in my family and they've all been good, reliable cars. Plus, this thing is a beauty!
