Hey newb, rolex started to engrave the interior circle in 2008. I have had a 16622 since 2003. I wear that watch on summer. it is an orginal and beautiful model.
Clearly comes from a person who has never owned a Rolex. Rolex signature comes from 2007, before they never engraved Rolex on the inner side of the bezel.
@Aris9839 The printed rolex stripes is only on the watches from 2010 and up. This video was uploaded 2006. As far as I know time travel do not exist, so this can't be a yachtmaster from 2010... might not be fake one after all...

Why do they make these out of stainless? Why not Titanium? Titanium is far stronger and impossible to scratch. It's also allot liter than steel. Has anyone got a good answer, mabe a better finish can be achieved on the stainless.

Once you get a Fortis Cosmonaut watch like mine, then your shittin' in TALL cotton! There are many Swiss makers out there and Rolex ain't the be all end all. Don't worry about prestige. Definitely buy quality, but get something you will love and treasure forever.
