It's a shelf cloud. Google it. In short, it's a cloud that fans out in front of a collapsing thunderstorm (not to be confused with a wall cloud which can spawn tornadoes). We get them in Arkansas routinely for some reason. Prolly the big TX or OK storms move in and die over AR... thumb this up so people don't think the world is gonna end -_-
