That may all be but it still does not convince me of the utility of ph testing urine (i.e. waste water) as an accurate guage for the ph of the body. I prefer salivia ph testing or better yet blood. Most medical schools in this country do not do enough to stress the importance of nutrition, too much focus on disease and then treating the symptoms of malnutrition with toxic drugs to support the pharmaceutical companies and the drugs sales dept.

An ER RN at John Muir recently told me that the human body dumps all excess into the urine. The body is very efficient, so whatever is not needed, is sent to the bladder for excretion; therefore, it makes little sense to test the ph of urine as urged by Dr. Bob Marshall, Ph.D. (i.e. waste water) with ph paper. It makes far more sense to test bodily fluids such as blood or saliva. Urine ph testing is a sham!

Thanks for your comment. I looked up Dr. Chi's book. It's pretty pricey, like $80. to over $100., I guess because it's far from it's print date. Is there anyway to get pretty much the same info less expensively? By the way I have vertical nail ridges and taking adrenal glandulars helps me a lot.
