  • dude.. this might be a year late.. but i think my dad bought that camera from the pawn shop you pawned it at.. cause NOW i'm fustrated with trying to figure it out.. and for some reason i thought DVD-R cd's would work but this crap says that the Disk is "incompatible" wtf does that mean?

  • lmao this is tooo freakin funny i love it ughhh!!!!!!!!! im having the same problem HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE I AM BEGGING ON MY KNEES!!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • wait can anyone help me i have the same camera but mines wont let me edit scenes meaning delete short recordings i dont want it says this feature on the box and in the menu system of the camera but when i select it it says this feature is unavaiable on this disk...am i buying the wrong mini dvds.??? i asked around and bought different brands and priced dvds and they all say the same thing.??

  • i have the same camera and i looked in the manual and ya it depends on the mini dvd's

  • Wait wich disc can be used to record and delete? is it DVD-R? or DVD-RW?? idk i forgot and how can i make my vids full screen? like not wat she has the black on the side? i have a Panasonic VDR-D210

  • Hello, Don't know if your still having this problem. But I have used Ulead Video Studio. After I have done all the recording on the DVD-RW mini disc I FInal the disc and pop it in my dvd drive then go to Ulead Video Studio and tell it to import from the DVD. Audio and everything comes with it. That should do it. And just format the disc after everything is moved.

  • did you download video cam suite? it should come with the program on a disc. And you have to find out what your panasonic is compatible with DVD+ DVD- I have the panasonic VDR-D50 and theres many dvd disc you can use the ones I use are DVD-RW you can finialize things but you cant unfinalize you can only format with erases all videos on there. And if you have video cam suite does the camera need firewire to connect with computer or USB? and if on video cam sutie try to copy to PC?

  • Im Only Like 13 And Use My DVD Cam For Like Little Movies With My Friends And Messing Around But Before I Figured All This Out I Was Realy Frustrated And Was Going To Sell My Video Camera...Comment Me And Watch My Movies...I wILL Help You Out If Youve Got Any Problems...And Help You With Getting The Program

  • Hey My Names David And I Have A Panasonic VDR-D100 And I Had The Problem Of Transfering Footage To A Computer...I use A Program Called "MOVAVI Video Suite"...In This -Program You Can Take The Dodgy Video Files And Convert Them Into Common Mpeg Or Avi Files etc...

  • dont know how i can help, but you re cute

  • I have the same problem with my handycam (panasonic vdr-d210), I am also frustrated because I don't know how to transfer all the videos in my computer..

  • Hello, I have a vdr-d210 and am able to use it fine now for uploads or whatever...after lots and lots of frustration. Dont know if you figured it out now so I wont give indstructions here since the rather long. If you need help still let me know

  • go on google and type in the model panasonic mz340 or wateva and try to find out instructions

  • Suposedly dvd- is diferent from dvd+, as in editing IN the cam, but it turned out to be unnecessary... Also, BUY DVD RW!! With 2 or 3 of those you're "off the kook" ;) Cheers, hope I helped...

  • I had 2 DVD RWs but the instructions said that I could finalize and unfinalize them as I wished and also that they needed to be finalized to work. I finalized both and now neither are working and they wont unfinalize either.

  • finilaize them and format only format deletes all videos

  • U're cute :) Don't apologise, It just makes U cuter, and I'm sure "there's more to you than cuteness" :p

  • Um, thank you. I'm quite frustrated, however, because I haven't received any offers for anyone to help me with my video camera. :[

  • Well, you're so nice, I'll try to help a bit... My dad have a dvd sony cam, and the easyer way goes somethin' like this: install the software that surely came with the cam. Then usb connect the cam to the pc. It should have some import feature, that allows you to save the vids as individual avi or mpeg files... That was the easyest/most practical way to do it...

  • Too bad I don't know any computer nerd boys.

  • I don't just want to make video blogs, I want to make other videos as well. Also, it takes a stack of books and about 15 minutes of adjustments to get the frame to where my head isn't cut off and my face isn't too shadowy.
