ok car guys, take a close look at the motor. my toyota like this is the same set up but theres no mass air flow sensor or intake tract on this car, meaning the fuel injection would not work, cant be running on gas, it says efi right on the valve cover, must really be running on hydrogen. anyone one else agree?

What a load of crap. If you'd get all the energy generated by burning 2H2+O2 back and use it to perform more electrolysis, then it would be great. But too bad, it doesn't work that way. In that case the netto energy created would be 0, so you cant drive your car. And there's always energyloss from other factors, so no perpetum mobile, sad but true.
This is a scam with a 100 year history. There's no patents because it doesn't work. These systems generate tiny amounts of H and O2 from electrolysis of water. Any mileage improvement that is seen comes from introducing vacuum leaks in the air intake. Which doesn't require an H2O cell, it can be done for free - but leaning your fuel mix will also burn your valves and pistons and ruin the motor prematurely.
His car stalls when he pulls the line because it goes from a small vac leak to a huge one.

TAz69x is exactly correct. Your efficiency would be negative. I am a mechanical engineer and we looked at an industrial system for brazing at my work. The system was around 75% efficient, meaning for every watt of power put into it you get around .75 watt back. I wish this was true, but it is not.

You'd need a secondary process beyond combustion to extract more energy (perhaps atomic/chemical).

U can't get more energy output than input. In it's standard form, this is true. But..If we examine one gallon of gasoline, the stored energy is huge. The power needed to release this energy is merely that of a spark. Therefore, it can be said that we violate natures laws when we turn the ignition key, but as we know, this is not true, as we are releasing the stored energy within the gasoline. Water itself does not have energy in it. You have to use energy (we will call that used energy, energyA) to separate it via electrolysis into H2 and O2. Than it forms (at the very best) H20 + energyA when used in an engine ...realistically more like 50% or less of energyA in return....A unnecessary and wasteful step in making an electric car via electrolysis and combustion of H2 and O2.

I sent the message to Mr. Dingel. You are obviously troubled. I work in the Hydroxy field. I have researched and developed many systems and have first hand knowledge of the results. You have never used a hydrogen generator and yet you speak like you know about them. My mileage on my van and all of my other vehicles is improved by 25-50%. It is not as easy as adding a hydrogen cell, but initial results usually show increases before long term memory in the ECU destroys them. I use an ECU device.

Do you convert the water to your supposed HHO gas on-board your vehicle? I don't think so...This is like putting a wind generator on an electric car to recharge your battery as you drive. The amount of drag produced by the fan won't equal the power output of the generator thus requiring more power then before. I am not saying that you can't use hydrogen and oxygen as a fuel. But converting water into hydrogen and oxygen, and then converting it back into water will not net you energy. Physics!!

I think the reason why it can't get support from the goverment is because the revenue losses it will incure from the big petrol groups, from its trariffs and taxes, which are then added to the prices of the product, and then the distributing stations add another tax on top on it. The "Energy" in water is Hydrogen. Honda Co. has a test solar facility with an 8,000 watt generator that makes only 0.05 gal/hr of hydrogen. For a 30% mix with gas, a car generator would need to be capable of 100,000+ watts of electricity to produce the required Hydrogen. In a 12-volt system, that is over 8,000 amps - more than 150 times the typical car alternator and would take nearly 200HP just to drive the alternator. So, this does not appear to be a feasible system for vehicle power.
The problem is, most brilliant engineers and scientists think inside the box, many of them are basically lack of innovative human text book memory chips. they need new programming input to function. That's why, from time to time, these most successful innovation and invention are not from scientists nor engineers from big corporations or institutions.

ok car guys, take a close look at the motor. my toyota like this is the same set up but theres no mass air flow sensor or intake tract on this car, meaning the fuel injection would not work, cant be running on gas, it says efi right on the valve cover, must really be running on hydrogen. anyone one else agree?

This is a scam with a 100 year history. There's no patents because it doesn't work. These systems generate tiny amounts of H and O2 from electrolysis of water. Any mileage improvement that is seen comes from introducing vacuum leaks in the air intake. Which doesn't require an H2O cell, it can be done for free - but leaning your fuel mix will also burn your valves and pistons and ruin the motor prematurely.
His car stalls when he pulls the line because it goes from a small vac leak to a huge one.

TAz69x is exactly correct. Your efficiency would be negative. I am a mechanical engineer and we looked at an industrial system for brazing at my work. The system was around 75% efficient, meaning for every watt of power put into it you get around .75 watt back. I wish this was true, but it is not.

Water itself does not have energy in it. You have to use energy (we will call that used energy, energyA) to separate it via electrolysis into H2 and O2. Than it forms (at the very best) H20 + energyA when used in an engine ...realistically more like 50% or less of energyA in return....A unnecessary and wasteful step in making an electric car via electrolysis and combustion of H2 and O2.

If you ignite 1 liter of hydroxy you will lose your hearing for several minutes unless you wear hearing protection. @ liters of hydroxy will blow up a metal barrel. 5 liters is equal to a stick of dynamite. Hello, this is a very good news for the world. However, the big multinationals do not like a lot, since they would be removing its oil business with which we have been stealing and cheating. I just hope that in future the majority of vehicles uses this technology. Sorry for my bad english, i think that you can develop this technology in sub-developed countries, or latin america, i think that in some of these countries this technology would be good received.

I sent the message to Mr. Dingel. You are obviously troubled. I work in the Hydroxy field. I have researched and developed many systems and have first hand knowledge of the results. You have never used a hydrogen generator and yet you speak like you know about them. My mileage on my van and all of my other vehicles is improved by 25-50%. It is not as easy as adding a hydrogen cell, but initial results usually show increases before long term memory in the ECU destroys them. I use an ECU device.

There are so many cases of the tech being used it has to be real. No one will take it on becuase the government is making way too much money with the petro dollar. you must not have taken chemistry or physics before. "Laws" of Physics are nothing like legal rules, they're facts that cannot be bent, like how if I drop a pen it falls to the ground. I think you have to know somebody whos done it and have a car your willing to experiment on. check out 'water for gas' they sell simple kits that make your car a hybrid.

seems the only people that say scam are the ones paid by oil companys :( I use HHO on a 2007 GMC crew cab. Went from 15mpg to 33 mpg. Not sure what ya call it but my truck cost to run.. hmmm... no scam to me.

Do you convert the water to your supposed HHO gas on-board your vehicle? I don't think so...This is like putting a wind generator on an electric car to recharge your battery as you drive. The amount of drag produced by the fan won't equal the power output of the generator thus requiring more power then before. I am not saying that you can't use hydrogen and oxygen as a fuel. But converting water into hydrogen and oxygen, and then converting it back into water will not net you energy. Physics!!

I think the reason why it can't get support from the goverment is because the revenue losses it will incure from the big petrol groups, from its trariffs and taxes, which are then added to the prices of the product, and then the distributing stations add another tax on top on it. The consumer, who after paying his income tax every year has to pay another tax by spending on what is left to him. bw build a goverment "poor the people", "buy" the people, and "off" the people.

The "Energy" in water is Hydrogen. Honda Co. has a test solar facility with an 8,000 watt generator that makes only 0.05 gal/hr of hydrogen. For a 30% mix with gas, a car generator would need to be capable of 100,000+ watts of electricity to produce the required Hydrogen. In a 12-volt system, that is over 8,000 amps - more than 150 times the typical car alternator and would take nearly 200HP just to drive the alternator. So, this does not appear to be a feasible system for vehicle power.
