ok i have found out a way to use applications on the school laptops even if the "run as addministerator" is blocked aswell

first go to my computer then go to the //c: file,

program files,

adobe

photoshop elements 8.0 (it should look like a blue folder)

then open presets

then make a new folder called applications then put all of your blocked applications (like tor) in it and they will WORK!!!

Just to give a fair warning, do not save any program on your student name, I got suspended for it. I got 3 days out of school suspension. and I didn't even use it since last semester. (yes I know my fault lol). Go in as a student or a basic name anyone can use that way they cannot trace it back to your name.
