Eso no es un fantasma! es solo el juego de sombras proyectadas en la puerta del ascensor derecho y q al pasar a blanco y negro se ven más realzadas. Si os fijáis desde el principio dl video esa "figura" ya está ahí.

That isn't a ghost! it's just the shadows & lights effect from the right elevator door surface. When film turns into black&white that effect is increased with more contras. Pay attention and you will realize that actualy that "ghost" is present at all the secuence.
