  • I love that video, so inspiring ......

  • this was awesome.

  • Robin Williams, more than an actor and Comedian.

  • Koko is one more examplew of how much humans need to stop thinking animals are nothing but "carbon based" machines...

  • Koko is the least hairy of the two...

  • epic title is epic

  • ok so who's the gorilla in this video judging by hairiness xD

  • I could not stop smiling through this entire video :D

  • @JowenbraMC INdeed :D

  • Which one is the gorilla?

  • and this is how zelda was conceived.

  • sweet

  • Incredible! I had previously read about Koko's nipple obsession, it was interesting to see her keep pinching Robin Williams' chest pepperonis.

  • This is so beautiful<3

  • Think I'm gonna cry it's so endearing.

  • Koko probably didn't recognize him at first because all humans look the same to her. LOL

  • What an amazing animal. Still i think a wild animal belongs in the wild although i also think that Coko would not survive there now. She is there where she belongs in this lifetime.

  • @victordls: that chimp is a gorilla.

  • This is one sweet and smart Gorilla! We often underestimate animals, don't we?

  • KOKO....that chimps ALRIGHT....HIGH FIVE!!!

  • wow absolutely amazing (has to be the only video on youtube without a dislike )

  • Could not take my eyes off this encounter!!! This is why animals, big and small, deserve our love and respect. This was just wonderful.

  • Jeez, I'm actually getting all f-ing Barbara Walters-y here...sheesh.....LOL.

This was just beautiful! Thank you JVS

  • This is an amazing upload ,thank you.

  • I am surprised more people haven't watched this video. Koko is one of my most favorite captive animals. My heart wishes she weren't caged or kept from the wild, but we have learned so much about these primates because of her. I would love to have the chance to do what Robin did. Thank you for posting.

  • @SingingheartSusan

Why is it people think animals are so much happier in the wild? I don't think "the wild" is a romantic as people oftenly describe it. Animals starve in the wild, animals have to cope with huge fears in the wild, animals get attacked in the wild, ... . I am not of opinion we should take animals captive or destroy their natural habitat, but "the wild" really isn't that romantic in my opinion.
