@RocStarr1983 Actually, I've seen lots of European posters where the movie is called "The Infra Superman". In America the movie was called "Inframan", but "The Super Inframan" on DVD. The original Chinese name is "Chinese Superman".
@StupidTokuFan I go by what the original Hong Kong English title is and they title it "The Super Inframan", so I believe that is the definitive "international title" of the film.
This was influenced by the Japanese TV Ultraman and Masked Rider superhero series, which was huge in Asia around this time (early 1970's), particularly in Hong Kong, where this came from. This movie, which came out in 1975, must have blown people's minds in America when it came out, considering the Japanese superhero shows from the 1970's, aside from Spectreman and the original Ultraman, which came out in 1966, largely never aired in America.
