No. There is definitely more crime in Africa than the US. As soon as you get someone to taxi you out of the airport in Africa, 10 minutes through the drive you will most likely see a fight.

I love Uganda. People seem to fear the place.
The weather is great the people are always happy.
There is less crime then here in the states.
I have seen woman walking the streets all times of the night. You never see that here.
