  • The dmu upside down is abbreviated for white nation power

  • I yearn for the days when society wasn't so goddamned militant. Used to be my brand before I had to quit. Though I quit, people, in general, used to be so much more tolerant, cool, etc., etc., and I have no problem with someone smoking next to me.

  • Vive le weed

  • At least you can't see the yellow teeth & fingernails in Black & white.

  • On se demande pourquoi presque tous nos parent (ceux qui on aujourd'hui 50 - 60 ans) fument, ont leur disaient que c'était correct!!!

  • Mom used to pay a whopping $3.99 for a carton of du Mauriers back in the early 70s at the Dominion store in Winnipeg!

  • du maurier ou du cancer ? mmm

  • I remember this from my youth in the mid-60s. I always liked the catchy tune. As I recall, the English version started with the words: 'Almost everywhere you go today, somebody's smoking DuMaurier.' I never took up smoking but it shows what a catchy tune can do to embed a product in your memory!

  • now 10$ and 50cents a pack no lk

  • @mydogprick That's why you shop at the Indian reserve.

  • mhmmmm dumaurier...... : D

  • C'était cool fumer dans le temps, sont toute mort du cancer du poumon aujourd'hui par example mais ca c'est pas grave.

  • To bad they don't show what these models will look like in a few years...

  • LOOLLL voir !

  • It's easy to figure out: it's your basic cigarette commercial, talking about how good their cigarettes are, the social appeal and the triple filter they have. I don't speak any French but I figured that out by just watching it a few times, not rocket science.

  • @HunterMann yeah they are pretty easy to firue out. smooth taste, filtering, and quality of tobacco...in a nutshell

  • qui merde!!

  • MARLBORO SMOOTHS PLEASE...

  • used to smoke them dueys...miss them alot sometimes

  • Je me souviens de la mélodie de ce commercial, qui jouait à la fin des années 1960. Je l'entendais avant de partir pour l'école. Ça rappelle beaucoup de souvenirs... :-) Merci!

  • I'd love it if I could buy a "cigarette" sampler ....one pack of each Canadian brand. Here in the USA I buy "MacDonalds Export A" Canadian Cigarettes. I think they are only for export from canada....I am told they are not sold there. Canadian cigs are similar to Brit cigs but I think they taste better than the Brit smokes

  • Nah they sell Export A's here. They're the expensive ones along with Player's, Du Maurier, etc. Between 9 and 10$ a pack.

  • Wow they add a different mixture of chemicals to their scrap tobacco. Aren't you a man of great tastes? Lol!

  • ummmm, yeh, i guess so

  • @loftymuses It isn't scrap tobacco, not to say some low budget cigarette brands use floor sweepings, and to set the record straight, most/90% of the carcinogens in cigarette smoke are from the simple combustion/deflagration process, not added. If you burn and smoke almost anything it produces known carcinogens.

  • @inkey2 We actually got Export'A's and MacDonalds here in Canada.

  • @inkey2 Lets see that would include quite a few brands, one of the new tabacco company tricks is to come out with cheap brands these days so there are lots of those. MacDonald Export A, Rothmans, Players, Belvedere, Number 7, Bensen and Hedges, Matinee, and DuMaurier (of course) are the main ones. MacDonald is owned by R.J Reynolds so that would explain why they are sold in the U.S. One way to spot an export pack of Canadian cigarettes is that it doesn't have a diseased organ picture on it.

  • you can see the new translation into info

  • I want some du Maurier's now.

  • non une émission spéciale de planète pub à tqs

  • Anyway, eux l'avaient pris de la cassette mentionnée par johnny96.

  • As-tu pris ça dans la cassette du publicité-club avec le gros coq?
