Are you using any filters to remove impurities from the HHO? If you are using KOH or LYE, you will want to filter the vapor, so you don't destroy any aluminum parts in your engine.
I'm also wondering if your cells are connected to each other at the bottom so each enclosure will maintain a consistent water level. This might help with circulation, so the water does not get stagnant.
