@beautylicious16 I wouldn't exactly say it's matte. It is creamy and slightly shimmery and has a good non-greasy consistency. It isn't gloopy or uber creamy on the cheeks and the shimmers don't exactly make it matte. Check out my swatches on my blog, the link is in the sidebar, for a better reference. It's hard to explain lol
