  • @winkdogydog101 All of these are excellent point on the difference between the TKD and the CKD. Sorry about the late response. I agree. If anyone has trouble with carb intake discipline, TKD will test your limits. It is very easy to fall out of ketosis. I tried to just do a low caloric intake/high meal number diet and failed miserably. I cannot have carbs in my house until refeed time. I think what people don't realize is that ketosis is such a big part of losing body fat as quickly as possible.

  • I really do not remember, but its hard to tell if the headaches are from your diet or something else without some other data to back it up. Just keep on with the diet and figure out what works for you.

  • did you have any hadaches in the first few days of starting the diet?

  • haha just started on my induction.... kinda scared to jump into it. just one question why ckd over tkd ?? i mean tkd seems to be more beneficial in fat loss

  • @killerbody90 tkd involves more carbs man. Which some don't mind and depending on how hard your working out. Ckd in my opt is way easier to stay in keto. As soon as you start adding carbs after workouts people think they can eat more and throw themselves out of keto. Low carb will not target body fat like keto well and if your not in it your just on a low carb diet so whatever you decide get ketosticks. Tkd ive done twice first time was really hard to stay in keto simple carbs after work out 15g
