Lion's throw move after the foward PKG is jsut so cool - how can anyu game be better than this one when this one has that move in it ;)

It really looks liek the moves connect - and looks like real martial arts (ok of the movie cool looking variety). - i's why i love this game above all other fighting games.

I like Doa don't get me wrong but Doa is for Beginners while VF is for experts

I hate fighting both of them. Just got the game 2 weeks ago (had VF4 for a minute and rented this) and I suck online. One guy demolished me with Lion. Have to remember that the d+P has little range. Lost to him the second time as well, but I did a hell of a lot better. Just unfair to pair a 10th kyu with a 9th dan.

Shun-Di's slow-mo voice is kinda funny. Almost has a robotic touch to it. lol cool game.

I thought Akira was the hardest. I still can't do that "K+G release G after one frame" shit. I swear it's fucking random.

nah akira's style is the least complicated its the button input of his commands that are diffcult

shun and vanessa players on the other hand must know which moves work for very specific situations and shun is so creative that the possibilities are endless and vanessa style is the most situation oriented of all extremely hard to master

akiras moves are made so diffiicult to do because his style is so easy to master straight sharp strikes

People, I buyed this game used (new out of existance), and unluckily no manual. Where can I find it online? Or is it not necessary? Anything I should know that would be difficult or unprobalble to find or know just by playing? Help please!

there's actually no need for the manual as it doesn't give u any useful info, if you're looking for juggles/combos, check the internet, i found tons

The game has a command list, so the manual would be useless. I only want mine for the collection.

I like how everyone in virtua fighter has alot of moves that can either end in a different final hit or make them use a special stance like lion and shun di.

I gotta watch more of these. even though its only 3 minutes, it gives me insight on juggle combos etc to look out for.

At the end of lion's training it says "with my praying-mantis kung fu, I won't lose" and at shun's it says "drink and fight; fight and drink".
