In Baccarat you aim for 9 ('Neuf a la banque') at the absolute limit - it's not unlike Blackjack or 21, but the highest score is 9. Anything over 6 is considered pretty darned good. And if I remember, you need to be careful taking anything above a 6 because it could go either way...
