@johnnycmajor You liberals make me sick. Let me spell it out for you. Instead of a Dr. office, let's pretend this was a restaurant. So the author of this video walks in a restaurant and asks to have dinner. The hostess says certainly sir, but we have a dress code at this establishment and you are not wearing a jacket. Not to worry we have one for you. The customer refuses to wear the jacket and demands to be seated. It's his right to eat at the restaurant. (continued)

Police are there to "protect and serve" the corporations they work for. Don't get it twisted and think they are there for YOUR protection. They are merely policy officers enforcing ordinances and statues of a corporate body. None of what they represent has anything to do with law, it is ALL revenue.
HIPAA is a law, and as such is in effect whether you agree to it or not. All the doctor wanted you to sign was an acknowledgment of receipt of the privacy practices outlined in said law.
In order to give your information to a third party that is not directly involved with your health care (doctor, insurance etc.) you would have to sign a separate authorization that explicitly lists the third party(s).
@floppel The Doctor might have taken the time to be nice about it then and explain it a little more fully. I know how ignorant Doctor's can be like they have God Powers. What is this HIPAA I understood our medical records where ours and where private?
A valid cause of action has 3 elements. Harm (Injury), Loss (Possessive or monetary), or a violation or infringement on a right. You can beat this. No Corpus Delecti, NO CASE.
@trillby1 He should have told you the wait time, most places do. And if they don't, if they see you hanging around and they have other customers in front of you, they should let you know. That way you can try someplace else or you can leave and come back when they tell you.
You need to research in your area for a different kind of doctor. Talk to other people about their favorite doctors attitude. Do they really listen to you, or are they arrogant. It sounds like you weren't meant to go to that doctor, he is the kind that will do whatever the Pharma wants. Put you on some medication you may not need or doesn't work very well. He sounds like the kind who would call you crazy if you don't agree with him. I think doctors can refuse service to anyone,no reason
I have NEVER had a police officer do ANYTHING positive even if I called them to assist me! Doctors....don't even get me started on those brainwashed drones. Good for you - these goons always rely on intimidation and force as opposed to logic, legality, and righteousness. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY!
@916Squatter YOU ARE SOOOO CORRECT! Imprisioned because you were concerned about privacy? Didn't you hold up an IPHONE in part 1? DUDE FOR REAL DITCH THE PHONE. GPS, voice print recon, camera flips on and takes random pics so they can determine your locaiton, the internal magnetic sensor that makes the nifty compass feature also biometricly identifies you by the EMF of your body and your heart beat.
Love the rest of the video and good work, but man ditch the spIPHONE
I would definitely send a bill to the doctor and file suit against the cops and courts. I wouldn't settle either. Take it all the way. Make them pay what they owe you for their disregard of your legal rights.
Congratulations on your integrity. I was illegally arrested last month. The police broke 5 laws in 2 mins. I broke none. I forced them to release me by teaching them the law while I sat in there car. "In a society that would jail just men the only proper place for a just man is jail." Thank you we need more.
Next, you don't have to consent to arrest. Seriously? I actually laughed out loud when you said that. I arrest people all the time and most don't consent. No one wants to get arrested. You should have signed the promise to appear and been on your way. You aren't signing a confession or admission of guilt, just a promise to go to court. You probably signed a similar document before your release from jail, or you posted bail assuring your appearance.
Secondly..you called the police to enforce a law that doesn't exist. There is no law that says the doctor has to see you and no law that says you are entitled to non-emergency healthcare. Police enforce criminal law; this doesn't count as criminal.
Third...the doctor called also and probably reported you for trespassing after he told you to leave because he wouldn't see you. Trespassing is against the law, so if anyone had a legit reason to call, it's the Doctor.
A few things to consider, and I'm sure most have already been mentioned, but I will say them again.
The doctor is the owner of his own company and simply because he chose to become a doctor, does not mean that you immediately have the right to be seen by him. He can chose his clients based on anything not classified as a protected class (race, gender, age, sexual orientation). You choosing not to abide by HIPAA is not proctected.
This is an inspiring story, benign as the individual events may have been, your 6 hours and a trespassing charge is someone else's double-jeopardy murder conviction. No case is too small to stand on principle. I've had some major battles with police, and they successfully put me away for 4 years for exercising my 2nd amendment right. They also broke my nose, my jaw, and my two bottom-front teeth. We won't see the full benefit of our struggles in our lifetime, but the struggle itself sustains us.
hey bud, choose your battles wisely, the doctor in private practice does have the right to refuse service unless you are in an emergency situation, but if that was the case you would have been in the emergency room anyway. As for the police, they where called by you do resolve a dispute that they do not have any jurisdiction over. (because there was no immediate emergency) I am only responding because i had a situation similar to yours only i just walked out, later i found out the doc can refuse
True as it may be, the part I disagree on was you bashing the others who are there who may have gone through the same thing you did. But anyway Thanks for standing up for your rights.
I understand. You white people are finally getting treated like CRAP like most Blacks and Mexicans. they have been INVADING our privacey for YEARS. We just sign the crap and move on. The phrase "Serve & Protect" is BS. They aren't there to serve the public good. They are there to arrest, help convict, and write tickets.
I even saw a good video about it that backed up my thoughts on the subject. Search here on youtube: "Don't Talk to Cops"
They even have a former officer talk about how they're not there to help you.
That sucks about you getting wrongfully arrested. I've been victim to police abusing their power too. It's a shame how they act like bullies & get away with it.

I would like to point out that one of the reasons your medical records are valuable is for health insurance companies as they have a huge interest in knowing information about your health before they sell anything to you... even for life-insurances that would be valuable data.
6 hours isn't bad. They just want you to sign a bond. Usually an appearance bond or self-recognizance bond. Forget about attorneys. They are agents of the court. Their first duty is to the court. Click on my profile and read my bio. Attorneys are the scourge of humanity. Never forget that!
They are under peer pressure compulsion to punish you for speaking up to authority & asserting your rights.....thats what the whole tazer thing is about....intimidation. Now, i feel your 1st mistake is giving into the compulsion to see a doctor. Seriously.....you should be your own general practitioner. Surely you arent going there for flu shots are you?
2nd mistake was calling the cops. NEVER invite an authority outside your own to settle personal matters. Cept in emergency's
Good for you on exercising your rights.I agree that the laws of this land are Fucked up and more people should do what you've done!FEAR is the problem and we pay their wages!
I think they know they are doing the wrong thing and are conflicted about it. That's why their behavior is so bizarre. I refuse to live in their world.
I told my doctor I was probably not coming back there after I found out they would be taking digital photos for my medical records when I came in. It's a new federal law. The conversation also included my telling her I didn't know when the line had been crossed where medical records were no longer between doctor and patient (apparently HIPA), and I wanted to know why the medical community wasn't speaking out about the origin of H1N1, protecting their patients from toxic treatments for disease.
So what? I wasnt there and he was. Does that mean he can pass judgement on them? Most are in jail because of some stupid statute that in truth DOES NOT APPLY to most of us.
You're required to give/validate your name and address and etc. pretty much whenever you're in public and a LEO asks for it. You have to sign citations when requested: It's not an admission of guilt. Refusal to give info/sign are both perfectly arrestable. If the doctor filed a false police report against you, you explain the issue to the police. 1 time. If they don't listen you tell the judge/your attorney.
You put yourself in jail by being a bigmouth idiot who doesn't know the law. A+, genius
Stop and Identify laws go back to English Common Law. They've been around longer than the United States. If you don't like the one in your state, tell the Supreme Court that it violates the 4th Amendment.
But you won't win. The Supreme Court has roundly rejected such claims. Look up Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial Court of Nevada.
You need to go to law school. You are not required to give anyone info....this is a lie.....the constitution protects you from what he went through but law enforcers don't value it.
Right On Man!! If the police do not obey the law, there is no law. I would Seek restitution though due process for your unlawful arrest via the officers liaibillity bond, which is what insures them and enables them to be police.
There's always a civil suit against the doctor, as well as pushing your local DA to press charges against the doctor for filing a false report (if you weren't trespassing, he can't claim you were).
At the same time, send a certified bill according to your fee schedule to the police for you performing as ordered.
Have you ever ordered something from a store and they fulfilled your order and weren't given a bill to pay for that order? No. Every time you order a pizza or dry cleaning they fill the order and you pay the bill, right?
Bet you didn't bill the person that ordered you to sign over your medical regards. You had a legal and lawful right to bill them.
Ever wonder why at restaurants dinners ask for the check rather than the bill and why at the top is printed "Guest Check" instead of "Guest Bill"?
WAS, confidence begins with knowing who you are. Rob has told govt employees he's not a MR. It's a statutory title. Akin to calling yourself a person.
Confidence comes with knowing who you are and which jurisdiction you're in. You want to stay in common law jurisdiction. "All rights reserved" after every signature.
The G20 countries are bankrupt. We're all creditors. Our signatures create the phunny money.
Giving an agent a bill is as easy as Rob described it in his Bancroft video.
Assume you know what "accept for value" (A4V) is. Rob has spoken on it. The latest update to the process is laid out in the RBM Yahoo group A4V folder. Govt is getting more accustomed to processing A4V for taxes and other government bills/charges. It's being used successfully to pay utility bills too. It's important to send it to a CFO as they're authorized to do ACH transfers thru DTC. See the A4V folder for details.
Lot's of info in the files section for eliminating debt, stopping foreclosure
@greywolf424 Trolling again are we? EVERYONE can look at how many negative comments greywolf is posting. BY GOD DO YOU HAVE A LIFE? FUCK
Your mission is to spam the hell out of "freeman" channels. After taking a moment to see that you're commenting on this topic ALL DAY! Go outside sometimes. Be free
@billybbob18 Did you notice this TROLL too? He was trolling all over another page about this I was on - Tactikalguy1. He/She/Shim must have nothing better to do. LOL
I would certainly file a formal complaint against the doctor its practice and take it to the regulating body and the officers involved particularly if they violated any of your rights. Watch bursting bubbles of government deception and if you did get a citation for anything you can go to court within 10days and have it wiped.
3 big fat pigs came to the pool, and asked me my name. I said "Douglas". They asked me my last name. I answered "Bauer". Then the 3 fat pigs left. They came back shortly after doing some research on and said "Your not Douglas Bauer", and I replied "Yes I Am!!!". They then said "The Douglas Bauer we know works at......." I interrupted them by saying "Unisys". Then They said "Well you have to be in the pool with him". I swear to god I wanted to Judo their asses in the pool, but I kept my cool.
File a counter claim against the officers, and or judge if any that will preside over your preceding for falsely detaining you in the amount of $10,000,000.00 for violation of common-law rights. This is not about the money but to more or less express who the true authority is.
I'm Canadian, so I'm not sure how the HIPPA thing is put in place, but if I had to guess I would say that it's an affiliation agreement with that doctor. If he was reported to not see patients based on their rejection of the agreement, there might be some action taken against him. Might be something to keep in mind, best of luck, and always good to see someone going against the flow for the good of the people.
people can definitely learn from you. Our rights have been challenged and not held to the power promised and it needs to be changed. We the people are the ones who should feel comfortable with govt. and police force.
What you should do is fill out an "Affidavit of Truth" writing out the complete situation that took place. Have that recorded at the County Clerks Office. Then find out how to place a 'Bivens Action' against the officers and have that served by way of the Sheriffs Dept.

The conversation also included my telling her I didn't know when the line had been crossed where medical records were no longer between doctor and patient (apparently HIPA), and I wanted to know why the medical community wasn't speaking out about the origin of H1N1, protecting their patients from toxic treatments for disease.

I watched the whole video and was simpathetic until 3:45 of the second part.
After hearing what you said, it made me wish you were kept there for six days.

No, not because "he recognized his nasty surroundings"......because he decided his cellmates "deserved" to be there.
ThePolarknight 2 years ago
Maybe he did....he would know better than you...he was there and you weren't
cymbeli 2 years ago
So what? I wasnt there and he was. Does that mean he can pass judgement on them? Most are in jail because of some stupid statute that in truth DOES NOT APPLY to most of us.
ThePolarknight 2 years ago
You're required to give/validate your name and address and etc. pretty much whenever you're in public and a LEO asks for it. You have to sign citations when requested: It's not an admission of guilt. Refusal to give info/sign are both perfectly arrestable. If the doctor filed a false police report against you, you explain the issue to the police. 1 time. If they don't listen you tell the judge/your attorney.
You put yourself in jail by being a bigmouth idiot who doesn't know the law. A+, genius

WHY am I REQUIRED to give this info in public when asked?
ThePolarknight 2 years ago
Because it's the law.

Key word...English....that is the big lie.
cymbeli 2 years ago
You need to go to law school. You are not required to give anyone info....this is a lie.....the constitution protects you from what he went through but law enforcers don't value it.

Right On Man!! If the police do not obey the law, there is no law. I would Seek restitution though due process for your unlawful arrest via the officers liaibillity bond, which is what insures them and enables them to be police.

I could tell you 1000 stories like that. Do not authorise anythign like jail even if it is a sarcastic statement
cjellwood 2 years ago

Hi there zonsb.
I have definitely heard Mr. Menard speak about doing just that sort of thing before.
I would love to know how to actually do it, and do it with confidence.
Please share with the class.
Although everyone might not be commenting, we all want to know.
This type of thing is really starting to make a difference.
Thank you.

Good job man.
