if you look when its up on the rear wheels the engine its flat. he bolted in the engine at an angle to keep the floats full.

Uhh, Yeah dune buggies and sand rails don't use that type of breaking.... rock crawlers and rock buggies use independant rear and front breaks controlled by levers....
