Knew it. Nintendo's piracy policy for the 3DS was just a scare tactic. Hackers will ALWAYS find a way to hack a system. (Not saying piracy is a good thing, I'm just saying Nintendo's scare tactics were BS)

I know it's been 6 months, but people people have still to actually hack the 3ds successfully in 3ds mode, hacking the dsi wouldn't have been hard at all seeing as it's just an updated firmware of the original DS'

I said this when i went to Bristol event for preview. There entire backend seemed to be emulated so day 1 hack was going to happen. Nintendo has never been good with security. Tho possible firmware updating threw updates might stop this?
