  • This is what smart people can do when they get together.

  • @willsbanana We don't have nerve, because we state fact. They give purposefully false information and cover up anything remotely positive. MSNBC reports both good and bad things. And arrests aren't bad dumbass. Ghandi was arrested during his protests, along with about 60,000 other people on the same day.

  • I do not drive so my view and understanding of the world is so limited. Despite that I feel like injustice is injustice and it is seen and it is understood.

  • I have only read so many books. spoke to so many people, read through so many articles, get introduced to so many philosophies, seen so many things. been to so many places experienced so many things, lived so many lives. I feel like I do not know, but I think now we do know.

  • I hope I can still be that innovative person who is still siding with the people and not with the elite. I was born to a family of republicans, I was raised to be like the, , but my brain is like of a liberal and of a democrat. TYT has introduced and just furthered my understanding of the world as I am still trying to figure out the world. I am still new young and developing.

  • I am young. I like to challenge power question criticize, but also at the same time I feel fear because I in a way need their say so because for me to get it I need be get my way through you know which I dislike and I do not understand and I do not know.Seems kind of paradox. A bone for a bone.

  • sometimes it feels like this at the college classes. usually in college there is where you are new fresh young and just developing and am still developing, you do not know you do not understand. you are still piecing everything together and still making sense of the world. the teachers know you are more invigorated to know and to do something. some promote their own agenda along with the appropriate lecture which is hard to tolerate.

  • They go were the weather is good LOL

  • Why doesn't occupy wall street make you tube videos

  • @tr28901 there you go being a troll again. just stop

  • I sing 21st Century Breakdown by green day in the occupy wall street

  • Also, look up occupy wall street interviews...

These people are as about as intelligent as the average American. Which is pretty sup par intelligence.

  • I love how all the 'possible violence' was so widely talked about on TYT and MSNBC and yet the arrests, violence and disgusting behavior in these protests is ignored.

You people have the nerve to say fox news is biased?!?

  • Melinda Haag for Governor of California !!

  • @ginofrater Eric Reed Boucher for President!

  • la raza, kkk go down with the bankers!

  • TYT ARMY FTW!

  • Ana's 25? .... hmmm guess that doesn't make me too young to ask her out heh heh :)

  • I was Ana's bodyguard! It was a pleasure to be with her. I only hope she uses my services again - as well as my computer technician services. :)

  • @ButtKnockerable The complete & utter lack of intelligence shown by your posts boggles the mind.

  • @themagicaltapeworm12 lol, I didn't have the impression that Canada was in the same boat as the U.S. Am I mistaken ?

  • the jobs are outsourced because our gov let corporations sell this country out to other countries for profit.

  • Anna thanks for putting the spot light on these protests!

    You're fucking Awesome!

  • Tea Party is gathering of morons. This is gathering of sane people.

  • @Stingerbillion mostly sane. haha

  • @ButtKnockerable Fuck off scumbag. Assholes like you make me sick. Might help if you made any actual sense, but given your complete lack of rational thought I suppose that's asking way too much.

  • Glad it's now local.

  • Yeah!...TYT guys were there for ya Ana!

BTW: The woman in Ana's interview is 100% right..."Where are the jobs"?

  • Lol there are 420 thumbs up and the video is 4:20 long :D

  • Can't you sense the blatant hypocrisy and irony in these protests?

Where would we be as a nation without Wall Street and capitalism?

Think about for a second... We would have no electricity, no lightbulbs, no telephones, no nothing!

How would entrepeneurs and prospective homeowners get the financing that they need to start a business or buy a home?

What would we do without the malls, McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks?

These protests are so fucking stupid, people! VOTE THE BUMS OUT!

  • @JMMT7022801 The problem is capitalism without regulations. A lot of the money, if not most, that is made from "investment" is made by manipulating markets, speculation, and betting. A person wrote a program that could manipulate markets& made billions in minutes. So billions sucked out of the world economy with no value added back. That came from someone's hard work. About 40% of gas prices is from speculation. Do speculation, manipulation and betting against bundles of loans help the world?

  • @ButtKnockerable

yea, and so people are standing up against the corporation, but you're saying not to do this. You are using double speak now.

  • @ButtKnockerable

yes and we go after those who pay them to do such things. I never said I disagreed with you on going after congress I also said we should also go after those who bought and paid off the congress to do this corrupt BS

  • @ButtKnockerable

what that even a coherent statement?

  • @ButtKnockerable that' makes no sense seeing that when new blood does enter congress they get bribed, and they get forced to spout out corporate interest, nad if you don't do it your career as a politician is short lived.. Yes they are to blame, but also those witht he money are mostly to blame as they have the power, and they have done things to make sure laws are always in their favor.

  • ann is only 25 ? i have a chance

  • Thank you for making my point for me Mr BUTTKNOCKERABLE.

    A cretinous slab of shit.

Message me again and I find you and remove both your legs.

    Are we clear?

  • Thank you for making my point for me Mr BUTTKNOCKERABLE.

    A cretinous slab of shit.

Message me again and I find you and remove both your legs.

    Are we clear?

  • Hi. My name is ButtKockerable and I am going to type all the words I know. Not in any rational order mine you, Just all the words I know.

Oh, I don't know punctuation or capitalization. Just so you know.

  • This video is exactly the right length

  • Wall Street is corporate. Media outlets are corporations. Do you really not understand why the media is trying to cast protestors in a bad light? Come on, Ana!

  • OCCUPY CHARLOTTE N.C

  • After the bs that the banks & Wall Street having been pulling for years it comes as no surprise that US citizens have had enough. Capitalism has failed as an economic system.

  • GREAT VIDEO:-)

  • Awesome!

  • 7 dislikes!!!!!! Pfft

  • "People there were intelligent, eloquent, and well informed", so it's like the anti-tea party?

  • @MastermindX oh yes, anarchists who are in favor of more government and obama supporters who despise on some of obama's biggest campaign donors (wall street). very intelligent and well informed, they are.

  • @MastermindX

Surprise.. SOME members of the tea party agree with the protests.

Actually... it has more in common with the values of the tea party then you would feel comfortable believing if the left could just stop calling them racists for one minute.

If this is going to work, this right vs left polarizing BULLSHIT is going to have to stop.

  • @MastermindX of course, you ever listen to the tea party? they sound old and dumb as hell...and their organization is scatter-brained, :D

  • @ecwaufisxtreme. Your life along with Michele Bachmann's Presidential run and Sarah Palin's potential run are an epic fail. Bachmann nor Palin will ever be POTUS.

  • Good to see the world is waking up.

  • Occupy Victoria Canada October 15th!!

  • END THE FEDERAL RESERVE.

  • Toronto on Oct 15th but wait, Bay Street and Canadian banks are not fucked up piles of shit. What will be protest?

  • @1UTUBEUSERNAME

Rally to support the American rallies in their goals to fix the American system, as their economic well being is important to our well being. I think that would be a fine goal for any Canadian rally, as due to our multi party system its harder for corporations to buy our politicians for results. Another goal could be to introduce a system that allows for some form of popular vote, so people voting for parties such as the Green Party get some representation in Parliment.

  • @1UTUBEUSERNAME University costs =D

  • If those protestors knew what they were doing then they would be protesting the Federal Reserve and not Wallstreet.

  • @safewaysecurity

Why? Thanks to the Federal Reserve we've had less bank panics.

  • @safewaysecurity

nope, sorry just because they're not libertarian doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing.

  • @lordblazer Didn't mention anything about them not being Libertarian.I don't know where you get that from. All I am saying is Wallstreet does what's in the nature of any business and that is to maximize profits. It's not bad it's just in their nature. The real problem is that we have a government which manipulates the laws and the currency in their favor at the expense of the people. And Wallstreet getting bailed out and becoming super rich is a sympton of the disease. I say attack the diseasse.

  • It's time to k I l l and gut wallstreet fat cats. Time to make them pay

  • @TheJason177

Cut the shit man. You'd be slaughtered by the cops long before you fire the first round.

  • It's time to kill and gut wallsteet fat cats

  • F the republicans. Thieves and treasonists. F the Koch bros. Out of America on a rail or from a rope.

  • It seems to me that The New York Times are the people who are uninformed (or simply to blind to see) and have no idea why we are there. Obviously, simply to avoid the real issues.

  • GOP stands for Greedy One Percent..... job creators my ass

  • @brdmn4u1

Actually many of the Wall Street bankers are democrats. How's that Obama job creation working out for you?

  • @TheAntiV Obama is a piece of shit. He's not "our guy" as you think he is.

  • @theaceofspades39

I never thought that to be honest nor did I vote for him.

  • @edeal86

Government intervention isn't a "conservative system."

  • @TheAntiV Then why did you say "How's that Obama job creation working out for you?" You acted like the op liked Obama when he didn't even mention him at all.

  • @theaceofspades39 better then anything the gop can give the rich buddy

  • @TheAntiV Yes, democrats that support the conservative system. Which is rather accurately concurrent with the current Obama Administration's policies. Next, they start objectively stating as fact that the bankers that crashed the economy were all liberals. Because Liberals definitely don't want to implement restrictive limitations on the amount of risk wall street can undertake.

  • GOP stands for Greedy One Percent..... job creators my ass

  • What's so dangerous for the banksters and wallstreet is the fact that *everybody* is completely fed up and sick and tired of them and wall street. Blacks, Whites, poor, middle class, men, women, tea party members, liberals, conservatives, are all sick of the stealing lying and endless bailouts.

  • Thumbs up, hope the portesters can gain some more momentum. It is a movement that was totally missing the US so far. And I agree on the mainstream media; it is unbearable how quickly they take political sides instead of properly informing people about what's going on. Last time I had to watch US TV shows I almost puked into the garbage bin in my hotel room. Greetings from Germany, keep it up TYT, I love the show!

  • @tr28901 don't be a troll.

  • @ChrisRalphHoward Not sure why you said i was being a troll ? Your comment wasn't linked to any of mine so i don't know why you were saying i was being a troll. If it was the comment i made to the guy that had no clue what he was talking about. lol move on. If it was my comment about Paul Fanatics hijacking this movement ... Well i can show you proof in Alex Jones own words and things that are being said on the Daily Paul if you would like.

  • Was walking in Downtown Chicago and saw the 99% guys and I was like FUCK YEAH

  • The media portrays them as "angry, confused druggies."

Come one, they're not the tea party now..

  • @AYPAPITV you forgot gun toten!

  • I wish the media would go to the assemblies, and stop saying the people are clueless.

There seems plenty of agreement on base things that are being expanded on at these group assemblies.

But then I guarantee all movements are full of people who just know that something is wrong and change is needed. They dont all have to be articulate, but there are plenty of articulate people, and in all interviews, even by the lamestream media, I do find that the large majority do agree on a basic feeling.

  • Did the fan offered you a ride (and ice cream?) Hahahaha.. you are 1000 times more interesting in person :D

  • lol, 10 AM in the morning.

  • occupy all banks, fed, irs and stock exchange buildings.

  • keep occupying wall street

  • @jetstealthx FED FED FED, End the FED, Kill the FED, RON PAUL RON PAUL !!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Grow a brain dude and stop parroting what Ron Paul fanatics say. Educate yourself and learn what it is you are talking about. Understand what the Fed is, what a free market is. In the long run, you will be better off because then, you wont be voting to turn yourself into a modern day serf.

  • OCCUPY PITTSBURGH OCTOBER 15TH, LETS GOOOOO

  • @grahamzhiser What time, where? I'd love to go!

  • @rainxinxblack21 october 15th! point state park!

  • @grahamzhiser It's coming to Pittsburgh? Nice

  • @grahamzhiser I live in State College do you know if there will be protests there?

  • @cmau14 i am unsure, there is a fb group for occupy pgh, several in fact i think, im sure that it would be easy to organize one if you wanted to :)

  • HOORAY FOR OCCUPY WALL STREET PROTESTERS !!!

  • With a lot of "deregulation of the banks" talk that I see on this page, I'd like to point out in a non-partisan fashion (i'm an independent) that regulations rarely, if ever, work because the regulators always seem to come from corporate interests in the industry that they're supposed to be regulating in the first place, which only leads to regulations that exempt the big boys and punish the small businesses because that's how they want it. (ex. ICC and the railroads, first regulatory body in US

  • END THE FEDERAL RESERVE

    watch this to understand why

    /watch?v=s1r0V4c8XYE&feature=feedu

  • Si se peude RAZA... Yes we can LATINOS..

Why does it have to be about race exactly? WTF?

  • @jetstealthx I always find it amusing how Paul fanatics like to ignore facts in an attempt to prove their point.

How about you do this. Go look up a free market economy, Ron Paul's wet dream, then think about how dumb your reply to me really is.

    Kthx bye. =)

  • "10 AM in the morning." 10 AM is always in the morning, by definition. It's PERseverance, not preseverance.

  • A real grass roots movement ....hey T/P do you see how it works now..

  • awww i was there but missed TYT =(

  • Lmao 2:35 What a tall Dude hovering over Ana.

Nah But NYEr's are More Aggressive!...Soo dont mess with them.

  • good reporting

will be watching more of this channel !!

  • @jetstealthx You sent me a link to a video of Ron Paul explaining his economic view points. Unless i missed it or didn't understand what he was saying, he didn't say anything about the protests. Also, Ron Paul's economic views go against every thing the occupy Wall Street protesters are saying. Ask yourself this, How many of the people protesting are saying they want even more deregulation of Wall Street and the Banks ?

  • I wish I had a helicopoter I would totally donate it to TYTArmy

  • Shawn Hannity said the Occupy Wall St. protesters are lunatics!

$ The elite think he sure does' have a pretty mouth $

  • @TheYoungTurks Ouch Ana breaking my heart "I am only 25"

Your making me feel super old now I am 29.

  • Anyone know if this will be coming to Detroit?

  • It is in Phoenix too.

  • I liked this video until that spik said, "Viva La Raza"...then I got pissed off.

  • @shmiggen don't allow yourself to get upset at that. It's what they would want. see "la raza" as everyday americans getting ripped off.

  • i saw the twenty people occupying chicago the other night, it was funny

  • @ChrisRalphHoward

/watch?v=CR1GoLypBd8&feature=related What was that you were saying again ?

    We are the 99% also.

  • @tr28901 WE ARE THE 99%, should be chanted at all events. We all can relate to this.

  • If you're going to remove corporate money from politics, remove union donations as well.

No need to be bias and just support one side of the coin.

  • @MrJackPD Political campaigns need to be funded with Tax dollars. Donations of any kind to our politicians needs to be made illegal. Lobbyists and special interest groups should have 0 access or contact with our politicians outside of an open public forum.

If we want to take back this country we the people, citizens, need to buy and own our government officials.

  • I watched CNN's report on the subject and I wanted too throw my phone at the TV and at the reporter. Even, someone who has mild learning disabilities can see they're putting out bullshit on this issue. And the way they tend to portray the protesters as misinformed, brain dead. I wanted too just scream at the TV, but I was at the airport and didn't want to disrupt anyone else. Also, their saying that the bail outs were a good thing was just bullshit.

    Where are the jobs!

  • They are so right about the mainstream media coverage. CNN has orders to take the angle that it's made up of lunatics and idiot college kids who don't know why they are there. And, CNN pushed their ideas how the bail outs were awesome for tax payers in the same report.

  • yeeeeee! LA 4:20 video length!!!

  • you hear that piece of shit yell out - "si se pude, raza!" and people cheering? that's a racist statement. what is "raza" doing speaking at an American social movement rally? raza, by definition, is a hispanic movement whose sole purpose is to take over the southwest USA, and kill every white man, woman and baby. doubt it? google that shit.

  • @Fitzee3 Also I don't known how that is considered a racist statement as the translation means if you can race. However, you point out one person in the entire movement and somehow they're all cheering for it. When I only heard them yelling for economic justice and cheering for that..

  • @Fitzee3 "Yes, it can be done, Race." Is that an accurate translation? I wiki it and found that the raza part is often used to demonstrate ethnic pride. Raza sometimes is translated into, "the people" which would be appropriate in a democratic rally. Didn't find anything about killing people in that statement. Perhaps there are multiple ways of translating and understanding it other than this movement you talk about.

  • @LancePoint9 Yes, their is many ways to translated the term. Thought, I literally got If you can race or if I can race.

  • The Cops very presence at the protest is an insult to democracy, its an intimidation tactitc!

  • Hey Americans, for largest effect, a tip from Europe is to organize mass strikes and industrial action.

I know that trade unions are historically weak in your country, due to social lagging behind, political persecution form the elites etc, but those that do exist, shove your dissatisfaction in the face of those in power.

    .

Sadly, U.S corporations don't depend on you commoners anymore. If this owuld happen in Red China, things would be different but the Party doesn't allow dissent!

  • I've been wondering when something like would happen? The Teabaggers were the first to start but these are real people of our nation.

  • Why the hell does the media blow up the Tea Party to be this amazing grassroots phenomenon that has "changed the conversation in Washington so much"? Fuck that! It's a bullshit astroturf organization funded by a couple of billionaire pricks called the Koch Brothers who enjoy funding hate speech to be thrown at Obama when they aren't fucking each others mouths. And talk about angry, confused people who don't even know why they're there. Most of them were on MediCare.

  • @GeorgeDuroy75 OWS protesters are standing up to corporate scummery, but the London anarchists? They just wanted to burn down their own community because some drug dealer got shot and they wanted to emulate the LA riots. Only a few people made up the excuse of "Tory scum took all our money, we're gonna steal it back" to justify what they did, even then it is a feeble excuse. The rest just wanted a free plasma tv.

  • But the Tea Party can say anything and be seen as "revolutionary"...smh

  • I think TYT are being very hypocritical here as I remember their coverage of anarchists in London. TYT were saying that anarchists were ill-informed and/or had no idea what they wanted. Despite the fact that anarchism is a mass movement that has many theorists and has played a massive role in historical events such as the Spanish Revolution, the Paris Commune and in working class struggles everywhere since the mid 19th century until the present day. So TYT are guilty of bad coverage also.

  • tyt - the new big brother in removing comments.

  • @unforgivingreality It would appear that you equate freedom with anarchy, but you would be quite wrong about that. Freedom includes the right to not have to be burdened by stupidity and offensive behaviour. TYT, (or any other video posting YTuber), has the freedom to remove any comments they deem unacceptable to their topic. It's got nothing to do with "Big Brother".

  • @PirateFish1 As you are entitled to your opinion, I am entitled to mine. Do you know what I said? Then how can you say it was offensive? I suppose you are omnipotent, eh? While they are entitled to their opinion - one could argue that comments are a public space and removing comments is restricting ones first amendment. Just because. Their is nothing offensive in comparing the behaviors TYT to something they are similar. Strawman me some more please. :)

  • Who's Lucas?

  • TYT Army! Way To Strong

  • TO ALL THE BROTHERS IN THE ARM FORCES THIS IS THE TIME YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU THE MOST. WE ARE GOING AGAINST THE BANKSTER AND FED WHO HAS SLAVE FOR ALMOST HUNDRED YEARS. THIS THE ONLY TIME IN HISTORY WE MUST ALL UNITE FOR THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN. THIS IS THE WAR WE NEED TO FIGHT AT HOME AND OVER SEAS.
