the logo or design was printed on sticker paper the clear laminate is just to protect it from the elements when you stick it some where home this helps :)

Go to walmart where you get mops and brooms. The contact paper should be right beside that stuff, theres gonna be ALOT of rolls. Find the clear(transparent) contact paper. you'll see it, theres blue grid and alot of writing on it. $5 will get you 18 in by 24 FEET. dirt cheap and it works great. And wal mart WILL carry it. good luck
