I have the same RAM and processor but my board is the P6T ASUS. I still am having trouble getting the RAM to run faster than 1066 or 1333. It should go 1600MHz after tweeking but it freezes and not stable. I'll keep trying to get the right voltages. I hope piecrust8 would let us know what his board sets the voltages for his OCZ3G1600LV6GK 6GB DDR3 3X2GB.

you should get a corsair h70 or h50 cooler. I got my 930 to 4Ghz stable with decent temps in about 10 minutes with an H50 cooler.

if any of you deside to build your own computer Coolermaster make nice power supply's however if some part breaks or you need to buy a connector. be warned. to make the order will waste your time Complicated and expensive. 35.00 on up to mail one stupid 4.00 part. The price is 100% same, should i go for i7 930 or i7 920 - i7 930 is the same just the i7 930 is 2,8 GHz and i7 920 is 2.66 GHz - The prices are all same so it must be better with more GHz when you can? - Private message me or its pretty useless replying;) (Together with x58 deluxe btw)

yeah just go get a coolermaster tx3,they are around 20-25 dollars and have a 2nd fan option for good cpu cooling performance. i have that in my pc and it works well, and will not break the bank. How do you like the ocz memory? i got 2 gbs of ocz gold for a budget build im doing, now i need a phenom x3 black cpu, coolermaster tx3 cpu cooler,windows 7,ati 5770 gpu, and i got a build. got all the other parts i need just need a few more.

Im going to be done very soon i think, in perhaps 2 months if all goes well.2 gigs should be sufficient for me now and if i need more ill upgrade to 6 gigs and just add two more sticks.

if you do not overclock the cpu the stock cooler will be fine, a custom cooler wont give you extra performance in games.

sorry but my win7 ultimate 64bit starts also so fast as your´s and i have no ssd just a normal 200gb s-ata II hdd... and the cpu-fan.... ist that a normal boxed fan? i would change it with a professional heatpipe-cooling unit such as asus silent square evo or coolermaster v8 or somethin like that...

It was actually really slow back then. It is so much faster now for some reason. It starts in about 10 seconds now. After about 20 boots it got used to it and starts crazy fast now. And the Intel CPU fan works fine. I don't overclock or anything like that.

It is kinda simple for me to build this computer together, just the expenses you must pay. But I did find a site with all the parts except for the exact case and the power supply. But there is google to help out. The total price MAY cost someone about 1400 dollars.
